These terms govern the bookkeeping and accounting services provided by SATS Global Bookkeeping LLC (“SATS,” “we,” “us”) to our clients (“you”). By subscribing to a plan or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please book a free review before signing up.

Our Services

We provide outsourced bookkeeping and accounting support, which may include transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable management, payroll journal entries, sales tax tracking, and monthly financial reporting, according to your plan. We work to US GAAP standards. We are a bookkeeping and accounting service provider; we are not a licensed CPA firm and do not provide tax filing, legal, or investment advice unless separately agreed in writing.

Plan Scope and Fair-Use Limits

Each monthly plan is priced for a defined level of activity. A “transaction” means one line item on a bank or credit card statement. AR and AP items (invoices issued and bills received) are counted separately.

How fair-use works

These are typical ceilings, not hard mid-month cut-offs. We will not stop work the moment a limit is reached.
If your volume consistently exceeds your plan’s scope (for example, two consecutive months), we will contact you to review your plan and recommend the tier that matches your real activity, or provide a custom quote for the extra volume.
Accounts receivable and payable are scoped to your plan’s AR/AP allowance. If your business processes materially more invoices or bills than your plan covers (for example, hundreds per month), that work requires the Advanced plan or a custom quote. We will never do unlimited high-volume AR/AP under a lower-tier fixed fee.
Complex or unusual work (large historical catch-up, multi-entity consolidation, forensic review, system migrations) is scoped and quoted separately.

Payment Terms

Monthly plans are billed in advance; annual plans are paid in full up front. Fees are due on the agreed date, and continued service depends on accounts being current. Prices may be adjusted with reasonable prior notice or when your volume moves you to a different tier.

The Free Prior-Year Cleanup Offer

Applies only to new clients on a prepaid annual plan, with scope matched to the plan purchased. Additional volume or earlier years are quoted separately. See the full offer terms.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to your accounting system, bank and credit card statements, and supporting documents; respond to our questions within a reasonable time; and ensure the information you provide is accurate and complete. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled with reasonable prior notice; we do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Prepaid annual plans, including any free cleanup already performed, are subject to the terms agreed at sign-up. On cancellation, we provide your records in a standard exportable format.

Confidentiality

We treat your financial information as confidential, use secure cloud-based tools, and do not share your information except as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We provide services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the period in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for tax filings, penalties, or decisions made by you or third parties based on the records we maintain, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
