Refund Policy

We want you to be confident working with us. Because bookkeeping is a professional service delivered over time, refunds are handled as follows.

Free Review

Always free, no obligation, nothing to refund.

Monthly Plans

Billed in advance for the coming month. You may cancel any time with reasonable prior notice and will not be billed for the following month. Because work is performed during the month, fees for a month already in progress or completed are non-refundable.

Prepaid Annual Plans

Paid in full up front and often include a free prior-year cleanup. If you cancel early, we calculate a fair settlement based on months of service already delivered and the value of any free cleanup already performed. The value of a completed free cleanup is not refundable and may be deducted from any settlement, since the work was done in exchange for the annual commitment.

Cleanup and One-Time Projects

Quoted and agreed before we begin. Once started, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If we have not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund of any prepaid project fee.
