The following terms apply to our current promotions. We keep them clear and simple so you always know exactly what is included. If you have any questions, book a free review and we will walk you through it.
Free Bookkeeping Review
A free bookkeeping review is available to any prospective client, with no cost and no obligation to purchase. The review is delivered by scheduled meeting, WhatsApp, or email. One review per business.
Free Prior-Year Cleanup with a Prepaid Annual Plan
When you sign up for a prepaid annual bookkeeping plan, we will clean up your prior calendar year books free of charge, with the scope matched to your chosen plan.
Eligibility
- Prepaid annual plan required. The full twelve months must be paid up front. Monthly billing does not qualify for this offer.
- Prior calendar year only. The free cleanup covers the most recent completed calendar year (currently 2025, January 1 to December 31). Earlier years can be quoted separately.
- New clients only. One offer per business. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Scope confirmed at your free review. Before your plan begins, we assess your books and confirm what the cleanup includes, so there are no surprises for either side.
- Complete records required. We need access to your bank and credit card statements, loan statements, prior reports, and accounting file. If records are incomplete, we will reassess the scope and timeline with you.
What the free cleanup covers
The cleanup includes categorization of transactions, bank and credit card reconciliations, chart of accounts cleanup, correction of misclassified or duplicate entries, and preparation of accurate financial statements for the cleaned periods.
The scope is matched to the transaction volume of your annual plan:
- Starter annual: up to 100 transactions per month
- Growth annual: up to 500 transactions per month
- Advanced annual: complete prior-year cleanup, any volume
A transaction means one line item on a bank or credit card statement, such as a single payment, deposit, charge, or transfer.
If your prior-year volume is higher than your plan
If your prior-year books contain more transactions than your chosen plan covers, we will either recommend the plan that matches your actual volume, or clean up your books free up to your plan’s limit and quote any additional volume at fifty percent off our standard cleanup rate.
What is not included
The free cleanup does not include tax return preparation or filing, payroll back-processing, multi-year catch-up for years before the prior calendar year, forensic or investigative work, or audit representation. These services are available and quoted separately.
